The IManEE 2023 conference communicated papers will be published in a Special Issue of the Web of Science (WoS) indexed Journal ACTA TECHNICA NAPOCENSIS, Series: Applied Mathematics, Mechanics, and Engineering, ISSN 1221 – 5872
Please be free to circulate this information among your colleagues from academic, research, engineering and industrial fields.
If you would like to be a reviewer for IManEE23, you can review the paper of our conference and journal. We will send a reviewer certificate at the end of reviewer process.
Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished papers relevant to the conference topics. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference, nor published as PREPRINT. Authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English.
Submission
- Abstract submission. Do please introduce all the authors on Google submission form. Here is the Abstract Template download link.
- Draft paper submission. After abstract acceptance notification, the authors are invited to submit the full paper and blind full paper in order to be reviewed to imane@utm.md
- Final paper submission. This is the final step before publication. Authors are kindly asked to send to imane@utm.md the manuscripts in .doc or .docx formats.
By submitting a paper, an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the here stated requirements and with the terms of the Journal.
Author names and affiliations should be anonymous in the paper because the papers will have double – blind reviewing. The authors should make a reasonable effort not to reveal their identity and affiliation in the submitted files. The author’s prior work should be referred to in the third person. The author should only use the template available above for download. Here is the Abstract Template download link.
Please prepare your abstract/ full paper respecting the template format.
We have now prepared a template model for preparing FULL PAPERS. Full paper submissions not following the required format may be rejected without review. The paper content should be structured in the following way: problem description, application field, research stages, methods used, results, further research, conclusions, and references like in the given template. The paper has to offer the answers for the following questions: description of the problem, what is done by other people, what the authors did, what is new, what is my contribution?
Length of the paper: paper should be 8 (eight) pages or 10 (ten) pages.

Authorship
For IManEE 2023 the maximum allowed number of papers by author is: 1 paper as first author and 1 paper as co-author. A limit of maximum 6 authors per paper is recommended. Final Acceptance is based on the condition that at least one author will register and present the paper at the conference.
Submissions not following the required format may be rejected without review.
All the submitted papers will undergo double – blind reviewing process for scientific content quality, originality and relevance to the field. Each paper will be peer reviewed by at least two reviewers with relevant experience on the topic.
You will be notified on the reviewing process decisions for you paper and you will have to revise your paper, if so, suggested by the reviewers, with separate answer for the reviewers’ observations.

Publishing
The IManEE 2023 conference accepted and communicated papers will be published in a Special Issue of the Web of Science indexed Journal ACTA TECHNICA NAPOCENSIS, Series: Applied Mathematics, Mechanics, and Engineering, ISSN 1221 – 5872 (https://atna-mam.utcluj.ro/index.php/Acta). The journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal, the journal editors uses CC BY-NC-ND license (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs) which only allows others to download your works and share them with others as long as they credit you, but they can’t change them in any way or use them commercially.
The IManEE 2023 organizers will not be held responsible for the rejection from the publication of the presented papers in case of similitude or self-plagiarism/ duplicate publication evidence. The journal publisher has his own scanning process before publication.
